Confidentiality and security are ensured, payment can be processed electronically, and follow-up sessions are conducted to track progress. Online therapy offers convenience, accessibility, and flexibility for individuals seeking mental health support.

  • $120 per 53 minutes session. I also accept major insurance.

  • In your first therapy appointment, you can expect me to introduce myself, provide background information, and discuss the therapy process. Review the intake forms, and we'll talk about confidentiality and how your information is kept secure. I'll ask about your mental health symptoms, past experiences, and goals for therapy. Together, we'll set goals, discuss my therapeutic approach, and address any questions you have. We'll work on building a trusting relationship, talk about logistics, and collaboratively plan our therapy journey. This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.

  • I typically see clients between 8- 20 sessions. It could be less or more depending on the client’s unique needs.
