This method involves testing clients at the start and end of each session, forming a warm client-therapist relationship, identifying and addressing resistance, and utilizing various techniques to challenge distorted thinking. TEAM-CBT aims to be data-driven and science-based, drawing from multiple therapy approaches to provide effective and efficient treatment.
